When you order any Custom Vans product, they are individually manufactured to the customer’s order. The delivery time frame can depend on the product, colour and materials you have chosen. It will take approximately 4-6 weeks for your order to be processed, manufactured and delivered to your specified address.
Shipping to Australia is completed through USPS and is sent using Registered Post to ensure parcels can be tracked. At the time of delivery, if you are unavailable to directly sign for the parcel, you will be left with a post notification card for you to collect at your local post office. Alternatively, it may be beneficial to provide a suitable delivery address to avoid any inconvenience.
Please take into consideration the time to manufacture the Vans shoes. In most cases, the shoes will arrive at your doorstep within 4 weeks. However, it can take up to 6 weeks for your order to be processed, manufactured and delivered to your specified address. Most shoes take 2-3 weeks for Vans to manufacture and then about 2 weeks for international shipping.
Express shipping is available from the US to Australia, however, you will be quoted with an additional express shipping fee.
Shipping fees are calculated by the volumetric weight of the whole package. Therefore, if there are multiple custom Vans shoes ordered, the lower the shipping fee. In most cases, the delivery cost for a single Vans shoe from the US to Australia is $55 USD.

Once Vans have made the shoes and sent this to our US office, we will send you an email with a tracking link. Using this link, you can track your custom Vans shoes during the international shipping process until it arrives at your door.
